Team Event

This year we also wanted to encourage some inter-state rivalry by having a team event. Points were awarded from 25 for the first finisher down to 1 for the 25th finisher. Highest total for up to 3 people from the same State or Territory determined the winning team.

Pride and bragging rights in being the top state/territory were the main prize, but a bottle of good SA wine also went to each team member.

The Victorian team of Kevin Cassidy, Frank Prowse and Paul Moritz were the winners with 67 points. They were followed by SA with 61 points, NT with 24 points and ACT with 19 points.

Venue

South Parklands, Adelaide Harriers Clubrooms, corner of South Terrace and Peacock Road

10 laps of 2km course. Starts at Adelaide Harriers Clubrooms (see course map below).

NB. Due to Council works on one footpath, the course may need to be modified. It will still be a 2km circuit.
