No SAMA winter competition – parkrun option:
There will be no SAMA competition on Saturday 20th July, and instead you are encouraged to participate in any ‘parkrun’ (5km run or walk starting at 8am) and send your results to John Hore for collation by SAMA.
NB. It is necessary to be registered with ‘parkrun’ beforehand.

parkrun option
Both runners and walkers may choose to take part in a parkrun of their choice. You are encouraged to wear SAMA uniform.
If you have never done a parkrun, register first with parkrun to get your barcode. Save the email or print off the barcode. Your unique barcode can then be used at any parkrun around the world.
Submit your results to johnhore@gmail.com for collation by SAMA.
